HEQS was established in 2006 and specializing in the furniture and home appliance business since 2012. In 2006, HEQS set up its first business in property rental business and later developed as one of the largest private property rental businesses in Sydney’s short term accommodation market.
In 2007, HEQS start up a retails business for domestic furniture and white goods appliance, and later develop as one of the major consumer product retailers. HEQS set up its own design to bringing fresh, innovative designs to the market, by combining comfort and style. Individual designs can even be created from a sketch, with exceptional standards of craftsmanship, and always ensuring a superior result.
In 2008, HEQS set up its property division to invest in Sydney’s property market, aiming to set up a private portfolio of property. HEQS Property invest, manage, and conduct development by innovative building method. HEQS Property continue to grow with the number of property holding and providing superior accommodations for Sydneysiders.
In 2010, HEQS Wholesales Group was set up as an import business for domestic furniture and white goods appliance with warehouses in NSW QLD and WA. With national representation in every State, HEQS offers prompt after-sales service and a company commitment to consistent product and service integrity.
In 2012, HEQS Commercial was developed by demand by growing office fit out and furniture system. HEQS combines in-house product development and manufacturing with a strong project delivery team in Australia and oversea, allowing the flexibility to deliver client-specific solutions across a broad range of requirements. HEQS understand the market challenge is only on the quality and design, the customisation into individual preference and application of the latest technology into workplace also play an important part in current workplace.
In 2013. HEQS’s set up other strategic business division in agricultural products supply (HEQS Agriculture), and Project Supply division (HEQS Project Supplies) in supplying educational furniture, medical equipment and stationary items as the growing project demand.

The Asset Management Officer will assist to implement best practice asset management to ensure that all company properties are well maintained and assets are managed to maximise the benefit to company. The position will collaborate with internal staff members, external contractors and clients to assist in the implementation of the Asset Management Plan that supports company’s services, meeting objectives.
